  20. 2009年10月1日，驻瑞士大使董津义应邀赴苏黎世出席恩斯特·霍尔文化基金会举办的中国剪纸艺术展开幕式。瑞内阿彭策尔州州长施密特·苏特等近百人出席。 　　艺术展组织者恩斯特·霍尔先生称，此次艺术展专门选在10月1日中华人民共和国国庆节开幕，就是为对中国多年来与瑞友好表示衷心感谢，并向新中国60华诞表示诚挚祝贺。东方与西方相遇时经常会发生文化碰撞，但中瑞双方此次合作却不断发现共同点。在此展出的百余副剪纸作品便体现了两国文化融合的丰硕成果。 　　董大使在致辞中表示，恩斯特·霍尔文化基金会将中国剪纸艺术家邀请到瑞士，请其亲身感受当地美景与民俗，而后以剪纸艺术形式加以表现，这个创意很好。文化交流是连接心灵的纽带。两种不同的文化相互交融并汲取对方精粹，不仅可促进艺术发展，更能增进两国人民的了解和友谊，带动双方各领域合作迈向更高水平。 2008年，恩斯特·霍尔文化基金会邀请了华月秀、裴小旗、王红川、徐阳、黄英等剪纸艺术家到瑞士参观访问，随后艺术家们创作了140余幅剪纸作品反映访瑞印象，此次展出的便是这批作品。该展览2010年还将作为庆祝中瑞建交60周年系列活动之一在中国北京、南京、重庆等城市展出。 http://ch.china-embassy.org/chn/xwss2/t618465.htm驻瑞士大使董津义出席中国剪纸艺术展开幕式2009/10/06
