UCB Phase C/D Overview • Review of RFP Guidelines and Draft cost template for Phases C/D/E • Timely release of SOWs/RFPs to UCB Lower-tier subcontractors to ensure UCB can provide high-fidelity cost/price analyses and detailed technical evaluations as part of a fully compliant proposal on 9/20/13 • Establishment of weekly teleconference communications between APL and UCB to update proposal progress

  4. UCB Phase C/D Overview • Discussion regarding full-disclosure proposal submission to Cognizant DCAA Office for assist audit.
