Document File Viewer Bulk Conversion LOAD EXTRACT PDF & OCR CONVERSION DFV STORE IMR 4.5 million Documents extracted 2.814 million Converted As of 12/11/10 ADOBE AUTONOMY CAPITAL CAPTURE Due to start week beginning 15/11/10 % in error = 0.2% (majority were zip files which are now resolved) % in error <1% (majority are password protect errors)

  6. eAccounts • eAccounts Release 1B (R1B) • 67% of all MAT test steps are complete • MAT with Miller is tracking to completion in week beginning 15/11 • Aon preparing begin Broker Acceptance Testing in December - dependent on Miller passing MAT • eAccounts Release 2 (R2) • No immediate R2 dependency on completing R1b • Work has started – detailed planning and review of functional specs and requirements

  7. 2011 Workplan • Draft workplan approved by LMG • Ensuring targets are challenging but sensible • Final sign off 9th December
