  4. WHAT: • 60 minutesof movement. • Great Eating choices. • Measuring and improving FITNESS levels throughout the school year. • MAKE A HEALTHIER YOU!

  7. ‘HOW’ in PE • Go to Spot • Warm-ups • Lesson • Activities • Clean up & Line up

  8. Task 1 • Perform exercises: • 25 jumping-jacks • 15 sit-ups/crunches • 15 knee raises • 5 squat jumps • 5 Laps

  9. Activity • Active Bodies lead Active Minds • Let’s move ! • Your task is to complete a variety of exercises within the first 5 minutes….Here is your task:

  10. Gimme 5 • There are 5 expectations.

  11. Expectation 1 • Be Respectful

  12. Expectation 2 • Be Responsible

  13. Expectation 3 • Be Helpful

  14. Expectation 4 • Be Active

  15. Expectation 5 • Be Patient

  16. Chairs and Wall • The Time Out areas are used: • Thinking • Resting • Reflecting • Reviewing Expectations
