She was able to answer the auditor’s questions, gather additional information, and provide perspective on the changes to the LifeShare chart review process. She also lead much of the prep for this audit. I truly appreciated her ability and willingness to participate. Irma has a knack for regulatory compliance, which is definitely a need in the Quality Systems arena. Job well done, Irma!!
