Karen HessPresentsShout-OutToKim Gaston Jessica lee Jared HatcherDate 08/21/2013 On 8/22 I was scheduled to do a presentation for a community organization, and I had prepared a Power Point presentation. On 8/21 I came to the office to get a flash drive to save the presentation. Jess, knowing I was coming in on my day off, met me right away with the flash drive and showed me how the password protection worked. Also, knowing how tech-phobic I am, she walked me through the steps needed to use this protected flash drive – several times! Meanwhile, Kim had watched a show on t.v. regarding organ donation that had just aired the previous day, found it on YouTube, and shared it with me, She thought it would work great in the presentation. She and I watched it and found several segments that I wanted to include in the presentation. Kim, also knowing me and knowing I am technically challenged, wrote down the times of each of the segments, which I then took to Jared. …Poor Jared - I had to tell him that I needed these clips in my Power Point by the next morning! He worked tirelessly to make these segments work, enhancing them with fade ins, titles, fade outs, - everything to make them very professional. He worked late that day to get it done for me. The files were too large to email, so he even met me at 7:15 the next morning and personally inserted the clips into my Power Point presentation and verified that the audio and visual all worked for me. This was awesome teamwork! Without these 3 the presentation would not have been as polished, as professional, or as COOL!!! Thanks to everyone – it truly takes a village to get me through something computer-related! 
