Cosmic-ray trigger hodoscope for the EUDET TPC test facility at DESY, Hamburg. 3 modules of 5, 4 and 3 slabs to define the TPC acceptance. It has to work in a 1T magnetic field. A High-tech Trigger hodoscope with MPPC and Peltier devices Slab with its U-shape grove ready to receive a 1mm diameter Kuraray Y11 WLS fibre (INR Moscow). The dimensions are 875x167x7 mm3 Hamamatsu 100-pixel MPPC The 5-slab module being assembled. The MPPC feet are in thermal contact with the copper rod, itself in contact with Peltier devices. T. The temperature was 20°C and the diode bias was 69 V The amplitude of the amplified signal is 50mV per photo-electron. Measured coincidence rate for 2 slabs on top of each other (the plateau is at 21Hz as expected), compared to the calculated fake rate from singles,as a function of the threshold. The setup is operational and perfectly stable since July 2008 at the EUDET facility in DESY, Hamburg.
