Ordering Procedure • New order: • Orders can be submitted via fax @ (630) 963-4783, via EDI or emailed directly to our Customer Service Department @ cust.svc.usa@lantmannen.com • The payment status for most customers is checked before their purchase orders are processed. Credit can be withheld if there is a history of unmet payment terms. • ACH as payment option: • We offer ACH as an payment option. Ordering Procedure • Minimum order USA: • 130 case minimum for all delivered dough orders in increments of 10 • 90 case minimum for all delivered bread/pretzel orders in increments of 5, or full 2 pallets for those few items that are not Ti x Hi of 5 x 9 • 45 case minimum for all pick up orders • Minimum order Canada: • The minimums are 80 cases for pickup and 130 cases for delivery, in layer quantities.
