  2. فقالوا لي ان الباقين الذين بقوا من السبي هناك في البلاد هم في شر عظيم و عار و سور اورشليم منهدم و ابوابها محروقة بالنار.فلما سمعت هذا الكلام جلست و بكيت و نحت اياما و صمت و صليت امام اله السماء. And they said to me, "The survivors who are left from the captivity in the province [are] there in great distress and reproach. The wall of Jerusalem [is] also broken down, and its gates [are burned] with fire". So it was, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned [for many] days; I was fasting and praying before the God of heaven. 1. المسؤلية والإلتزام 1.   3. و قلت ايها الرب اله السماء الاله العظيم المخوف الحافظ العهد و الرحمة لمحبيه و حافظي وصاياه. لتكن اذنك مصغية و عيناك مفتوحتين لتسمع صلاة عبدك الذي يصلي اليك الان And I said: "I pray, LORD God of heaven, O great and awesome God, [You] who keep [Your] covenant and mercy with those who love You and observe Your commandments,. "please let Your ear be attentive and Your eyes open, that You may hear the prayer of Your servant which I pray before You now 1. المسؤلية والإلتزام 1. Responsibility & Commitment M MM

  4. نهارا و ليلا لاجل بني اسرائيل عبيدك و يعترف بخطايا بني اسرائيل التي اخطانا بها اليك فاني انا و بيت ابي قد اخطانا. لقد افسدنا امامك و لم نحفظ الوصايا و الفرائض و الاحكام التي امرت بها موسى عبدك.(نح 1: 3- 7 ) day and night, for the children of Israel Your servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel which we have sinned against You. Both my father's house and I have sinned. "We have acted very corruptly against You, and have not kept the commandments, the statutes, nor the ordinances which You commanded Your servant Moses.   5. ثم قلت لهم انتم ترون الشر الذي نحن فيه كيف ان اورشليم خربة و ابوابها قد احرقت بالنار هلم فنبني سور اورشليم و لا نكون بعد عارا. (نح 17:2) Then I said to them, "You see the distress that we [are] in, how Jerusalem [lies] waste, and its gates are burned with fire.   6. 1. المسؤلية والإلتزام 1. Responsibility & Commitment M MM فقالوا نرد و لا نطلب منهم هكذا نفعل كما تقول فدعوت الكهنة و استحلفتهم ان يعملوا حسب هذا الكلام ,ثم نفضت حجري و قلت..... So they said, "We will restore [it,] and will require nothing from them; we will do as you say" Then I called the priests, and required an oath from them that they would do according to this promise. Then I shook out the fold of my garment and said,…….

Responsibility & Commitment M MM هكذا ينفض الله كل انسان لا يقيم هذا الكلام من بيته و من تعبه و هكذا يكون منفوضا و فارغا فقال كل الجماعة امين و سبحوا الرب و عمل الشعب حسب هذا الكلام.( نح 5 : 12 - 13) "So may God shake out each man from his house, and from his property, who does not perform this promise. Even thus may he be shaken out and emptied" And all the assembly said, "Amen!" and praised the LORD. Then the people did according to this promise. (Neh 5:12 -13)

  8. يا سيد لتكن اذنك مصغية الى صلاة عبدك و صلاة عبيدك الذين يريدون مخافة اسمك و اعط النجاح اليوم لعبدك و امنحه رحمة امام هذا الرجل لاني كنت ساقيا للملك. ( نح 1 : 11 ) "O Lord, I pray, please let Your ear be attentive to the prayer of Your servant, and to the prayer of Your servants who desire to fear Your name; and let Your servant prosper this day, I pray, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man" For I was the king's cupbearer .   9. و قلت للملك ان حسن عند الملك فلتعط لي رسائل الى ولاة عبر النهر لكي يجيزوني حتى اصل الى يهوذا. و رسالة الى اساف حارس فردوس الملك Furthermore I said to the king, "If it pleases the king, let letters be given to me for the governors [of the region] beyond the River, that they must permit me to pass through till I come to Judah,"and a letter to Asaph the keeper of the king's forest, 2. التخطيط والتدبير Planning & Performance Management M MM

  10. لكي يعطيني اخشابا لسقف ابواب القصر الذي للبيت و لسور المدينة و للبيت الذي ادخل اليه فاعطاني الملك حسب يد الهي الصالحة علي. ( نح 2 : 7 , 8 ) that he must give me timber to make beams for the gates of the citadel which [pertains] to the temple, for the city wall, and for the house that I will occupy" And the king granted [them] to me according to the good hand of my God upon me.   11. فجئت الى اورشليم و كنت هناك ثلاثة ايام. ثم قمت ليلا انا و رجال قليلون معي و لم اخبر احدا بما جعله الهي في قلبي لاعمله في اورشليم و لم يكن معي بهيمة الا البهيمة التي كنت راكبها. So I came to Jerusalem and was there three days. Then I arose in the night, I and a few men with me; I told no one what my God had put in my heart to do at Jerusalem; nor was there any animal with me, except the one on which I rode. 2. التخطيط والتدبير Planning & Performance Management M MM

  12. و خرجت من باب الوادي ليلا امام عين التنين الى باب الدمن و صرت اتفرس في اسوار اورشليم المنهدمة و ابوابها التي اكلتها النار.( نح 2 :11 , 13 ) And I went out by night through the Valley Gate to the Serpent Well and the Refuse Gate, and viewed the walls of Jerusalem which were broken down and its gates which were burned with fire.   13. وما فوق باب الخيل رممه الكهنة كل واحد مقابل بيته (نح 3 :28 ) Beyond the Horse Gate the priests made repairs, each in front of his [own] house. (Neh 3:28) و كمل السور في الخامس و العشرين من ايلول في اثنين و خمسين يوما. (نح 6 : 15 ) So the wall was finished on the twenty-fifth [day] of Elul, in fifty-two days.)   14. فالهمني الهي ان اجمع العظماء و الولاة و الشعب لاجل الانتساب فوجدت سفر انتساب الذين صعدوا اولا ووجدت مكتوبا فيه(نح 7 :5 ) Then my God put it into my heart to gather the nobles, the rulers, and the people, that they might be registered by genealogy. And I found a register of the genealogy of those who had come up in the first [return,] and found written in it (Neh 7 :5) 2. التخطيط والتدبير Planning & Performance Management M MM

  15. و كان كل اسرائيل في ايام زربابل و ايام نحميا يؤدون انصبة المغنين و البوابين امر كل يوم في يومه و كانوا يقدسون للاويين و كان اللاويون يقدسون لبني هرون.( نح 12 :47 ) In the days of Zerubbabel and in the days of Nehemiah all Israel gave the portions for the singers and the gatekeepers, a portion for each day. They also consecrated [holy things] for the Levites, and the Levites consecrated [them] for the children of Aaron(Neh 12 :47) 2. التخطيط والتدبير Planning & Performance Management M MM

  16. 3. تلمذة وتفويض Team Development و من ذلك اليوم كان نصف غلماني يشتغلون في العمل و نصفهم يمسكون الرماح و الاتراس و القسي و الدروع و الرؤساء وراء كل بيت يهوذا.البانون على السور بنوا و حاملو الاحمال حملوا باليد الواحدة يعملون العمل So it was, from that time on, [that] half of my servants worked at construction, while the other half held the spears, the shields, the bows, and [wore] armor; and the leaders [were] behind all the house of Judah. Those who built on the wall, and those who carried burdens, loaded themselves so that with one hand they worked at construction, M MM

  17. 3. تلمذة وتفويض Team Development و بالاخرى يمسكون السلاح. و كان البانون يبنون و سيف كل واحد مربوط على جنبه و كان النافخ بالبوق بجانبي. ( نح 4 : 16 -18 ) and with the other held a weapon. Every one of the builders had his sword girded at his side as he built. And the one who sounded the trumpet [was] beside me. ( Neh 4 : 16-18) M MM

  18. اجتمع كل الشعب كرجل واحد الى الساحة التي امام باب الماء و قالوا لعزرا الكاتب ان ياتي بسفر شريعة موسى التي امر بها الرب اسرائيل. فاتى عزرا الكاتب بالشريعة امام الجماعة من الرجال و النساء Now all the people gathered together as one man in the open square that [was] in front of the Water Gate; and they told Ezra the scribe to bring the Book of the Law of Moses, which the LORD had commanded Israel. So Ezra the priest brought the Law before the assembly of men and women 3. تلمذة وتفويض Team Development M MM

  19. و كل فاهم ما يسمع في اليوم الاول من الشهر السابع. و قرا فيها امام الساحة التي امام باب الماء من الصباح الى نصف النهار امام الرجال و النساء و الفاهمين و كانت اذان كل الشعب نحو سفر الشريعة. ( نح 8 : 1 – 3 ) and all who [could] hear with understanding on the first day of the seventh month.Then he read from it in the open square that [was] in front of the Water Gate from morning until midday, before the men and women and those who could understand; and the ears of all the people [were attentive] to the Book of the Law. ( Neh 8 :1-3) 3. تلمذة وتفويض Team Development M MM

  20. فقال لي الملك ماذا طالب انت فصليت الى اله السماء. و قلت للملك اذا سر الملك و اذا احسن عبدك امامك ترسلني الى يهوذا الى مدينة قبور ابائي فابنيها. ( نح 2 : 4,5 ) Then the king said to me, "What do you request?" So I prayed to the God of heaven. And I said to the king, "If it pleases the king, and if your servant has found favor in your sight, I ask that you send me to Judah, to the city of my fathers' tombs, that I may rebuild it". (Neh 2:4,5) 4. شجاعة Courage M MM

  21. و قال اعداؤنا لا يعلمون و لا يرون حتى ندخل الى وسطهم و نقتلهم و نوقف العمل. و لما جاء اليهود الساكنون بجانبهم قالوا لنا عشر مرات من جميع الاماكن التي منها رجعوا الينا. فاوقفت الشعب من اسفل الموضع وراء السور و على القمم And our adversaries said, "They will neither know nor see anything, till we come into their midst and kill them and cause the work to cease“.So it was, when the Jews who dwelt near them came, that they told us ten times, "From whatever place you turn, [they will be] upon us". Therefore I positioned [men] behind the lower parts of the wall, at the openings 4. شجاعة Courage M MM

  22. اوقفتهم حسب عشائرهم بسيوفهم و رماحهم و قسيهم. و نظرت و قمت و قلت للعظماء و الولاة و لبقية الشعب لا تخافوهم بل اذكروا السيد العظيم المرهوب و حاربوا من اجل اخوتكم و بنيكم و بناتكم و نسائكم و بيوتكم.(نح 4 :11 – 14 ) and I set the people according to their families, with their swords, their spears, and their bows. And I looked, and arose and said to the nobles, to the leaders, and to the rest of the people, "Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, great and awesome, and fight for your brethren, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your houses". ( Neh 4 : 11 – 14) 4. شجاعة Courage M MM

  23. قد سمع بين الامم و جشم يقول انك انت و اليهود تفكرون ان تتمردوا لذلك انت تبني السور لتكون لهم ملكا حسب هذه الامور. و قد اقمت ايضا انبياء لينادوا بك في اورشليم قائلين في يهوذا ملك و الان يخبر الملك بهذا الكلام فهلم الان نتشاور معا. In it [was] written: It is reported among the nations, and Geshem says, [that] you and the Jews plan to rebel; therefore, according to these rumors, you are rebuilding the wall, that you may be their king. And you have also appointed prophets to proclaim concerning you at Jerusalem, saying, 'There is a king in Judah!' Now these matters will be reported to the king. So come, therefore, and let us consult together. 4. شجاعة Courage M MM

  24. فارسلت اليه قائلا لا يكون مثل هذا الكلام الذي تقوله بل انما انت مختلقه من قلبك. لانهم كانوا جميعا يخيفوننا قائلين قد ارتخت ايديهم عن العمل فلا يعمل فالان يا الهي شدد يدي.( نح 6 :6 – 9 ) Then I sent to him, saying, "No such things as you say are being done, but you invent them in your own heart“. For they all [were trying to] make us afraid, saying, "Their hands will be weakened in the work, and it will not be done" Now therefore, [O God,] strengthen my hands. ( Neh 6 : 6-9) 4. شجاعة Courage M MM

  25. فقلت للعظماء و الولاة و لبقية الشعب العمل كثير و متسع و نحن متفرقون على السور و بعيدون بعضنا عن بعض. فالمكان الذي تسمعون منه صوت البوق هناك تجتمعون الينا الهنا يحارب عنا. فكنا نحن نعمل العمل و كان نصفهم يمسكون الرماح من طلوع الفجر الى ظهور النجوم (نح 4 :19 - 21 ) Then I said to the nobles, the rulers, and the rest of the people, "The work [is] great and extensive, and we are separated far from one another on the wall. "Wherever you hear the sound of the trumpet, rally to us there. Our God will fight for us“. So we labored in the work, and half of [the men] held the spears from daybreak until the stars appeared. ( Neh 4 : 19 – 21) 5. ترتيب أولويات وترتيب الوقت Time Management & Priorities M MM

  26. و تمسكت ايضا بشغل هذا السور و لم اشتر حقلا و كان جميع غلماني مجتمعين هناك على العمل. (نح 5 : 16 ) Indeed, I also continued the work on this wall, and we did not buy any land. All my servants [were] gathered there for the work. ( Neh 5 :16) 5. ترتيب أولويات وترتيب الوقت Time Management & Priorities M MM

  27. ارسل سنبلط و جشم الي قائلين هلم نجتمع معا في القرى في بقعة اونو و كانا يفكران ان يعملا بي شرا. فارسلت اليهما رسلا قائلا اني انا عامل عملا عظيما فلا اقدر ان انزل لماذا يبطل العمل بينما اتركه و انزل اليكما. ( نح 6 : 2 ,3 ) that Sanballat and Geshem sent to me, saying, "Come, let us meet together among the villages in the plain of Ono" But they thought to do me harm. So I sent messengers to them, saying, "I [am] doing a great work, so that I cannot come down. Why should the work cease while I leave it and go down to you?". ( Neh 6 : 2,3) 5. ترتيب أولويات وترتيب الوقت Time Management & Priorities M MM

  28. و لما بني السور و اقمت المصاريع و ترتب البوابون و المغنون و اللاويون . اقمت حناني اخي و حننيا رئيس القصر على اورشليم لانه كان رجلا امينا يخاف الله اكثر من كثيرين. ( نح 7 :1 ,2) Then it was, when the wall was built and I had hung the doors, when the gatekeepers, the singers, and the Levites had been appointed,that I gave the charge of Jerusalem to my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the leader of the citadel, for he was a faithful man and feared God more than many (Neh 7 :1,2) 5. ترتيب أولويات وترتيب الوقت Time Management & Priorities M MM

  29. و لم يعرف الولاة الى اين ذهبت و لا ما انا عامل و لم اخبر الى ذلك الوقت اليهود و الكهنة و الاشراف و الولاة و باقي عاملي العمل. ( نح 2 : 16 ) And the officials did not know where I had gone or what I had done; I had not yet told the Jews, the priests, the nobles, the officials, or the others who did the work. ( Neh 2 :16) 6. القدوة Model & Image M MM

  30. و لم اكن انا و لا اخوتي و لا غلماني و لا الحراس الذين ورائي نخلع ثيابنا كان كل واحد يذهب بسلاحه الى الماء ( نح 4 : 23 ) So neither I, my brethren, my servants, nor the men of the guard who followed me took off our clothes, [except] that everyone took them off for washing ( Neh 4: 23) 6. القدوة Model & Image M MM

  31. و ايضا من اليوم الذي اوصيت فيه ان اكون واليهم في ارض يهوذا من السنة العشرين الى السنة الثانية و الثلاثين لارتحشستا الملك اثنتي عشرة سنة لم اكل انا و لا اخوتي خبز الوالي. ( نح 5 : 14 ) Moreover, from the time that I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Judah, from the twentieth year until the thirty-second year of King Artaxerxes, twelve years, neither I nor my brothers ate the governor's provisions.   32. و دخلت بيت شمعيا بن دلايا بن مهيطبئيل و هو مغلق فقال لنجتمع الى بيت الله الى وسط الهيكل و نقفل ابواب الهيكل لانهم ياتون ليقتلوك في الليل ياتون ليقتلوك. فقلت ارجل مثلي يهرب و من مثلي يدخل الهيكل فيحيا لا ادخل. ( نح 6 : 10, 11 ) Afterward I came to the house of Shemaiah the son of Delaiah, the son of Mehetabel, who [was] a secret informer; and he said, "Let us meet together in the house of God, within the temple, and let us close the doors of the temple, for they are coming to kill you; indeed, at night they will come to kill you“.And I said, "Should such a man as I flee? And who [is there] such as I who would go into the temple to save his life? I will not go in!“. ( Neh 6 :10 ,11) 6. القدوة Model & Image M MM

  33. ثم قلت لهم انتم ترون الشر الذي نحن فيه كيف ان اورشليم خربة و ابوابها قد احرقت بالنار هلم فنبني سور اورشليم و لا نكون بعد عارا.و اخبرتهم عن يد الهي الصالحة علي و ايضا عن كلام الملك الذي قاله لي فقالوا لنقم و لنبن و شددوا اياديهم للخير.( نح 2 : 17 , 18 ) Then I said to them, "You see the distress that we [are] in, how Jerusalem [lies] waste, and its gates are burned with fire. Come and let us build the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer be a reproach". And I told them of the hand of my God which had been good upon me, and also of the king's words that he had spoken to me. So they said, "Let us rise up and build" Then they set their hands to [this] good [work]. ( Neh 2 :17,18) 7. التواصل Communication M MM

  34. فشاورت قلبي في و بكت العظماء و الولاة و قلت لهم انكم تاخذون الربا كل واحد من اخيه و اقمت عليهم جماعة عظيمة.و قلت لهم نحن اشترينا اخوتنا اليهود الذين بيعوا للامم حسب طاقتنا و انتم ايضا تبيعون اخوتكم فيباعون لنا فسكتوا و لم يجدوا جوابا. After serious thought, I rebuked the nobles and rulers, and said to them, "Each of you is exacting usury from his brother" So I called a great assembly against them. And I said to them, "According to our ability we have redeemed our Jewish brethren who were sold to the nations. Now indeed, will you even sell your brethren? Or should they be sold to us?" Then they were silenced and found nothing [to say]. 7. التواصل Communication M MM

  35. و قلت ليس حسنا الامر الذي تعملونه اما تسيرون بخوف الهنا بسبب تعيير الامم اعدائنا. و انا ايضا و اخوتي و غلماني اقرضناهم فضة و قمحا فلنترك هذا الربا.( نح 5 : 7 – 10 ) Then I said, "What you are doing [is] not good. Should you not walk in the fear of our God because of the reproach of the nations, our enemies?"."I also, [with] my brethren and my servants, am lending them money and grain. Please, let us stop this usury!. ( Neh 5: 7-10) 7. التواصل Communication M MM

  36. و كان على مائدتي من اليهود و الولاة مئة و خمسون رجلا فضلا عن الاتين الينا من الامم الذين حولنا.) نح 5 : 17 ) And at my table [were] one hundred and fifty Jews and rulers, besides those who came to us from the nations around us. ( Neh 5:17) 7. التواصل Communication M MM
