The Virginia Beach Community Trust • A special needs trust that enables families to financially plan for a disabled relative's future by providing funds from a family estate. • Two components • one for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities • one for individuals with serious mental illness • Each has its own trust coordinator employed by the Virginia Beach DHS. • Managed by a Board of Trustees composed of five volunteer members • http://vbcommunitytrust.com/
