Board of County Commissioners Project : CSB & S PD/LUP - Substantial Change Applicant:Thomas Sullivan District #: 3 Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved CSB & S Planned Development/ Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) to allow a gas station as a permitted use within this Planned Development. No additional square footage is being proposed as part of this request.
