  4. What are some of the difficulties faced ? Answer-a, The challenge of making prospective clients se the need for our work as soft skills are not well appreciated in my country. B, Having to provide infrastructure that were supposed to be put in place by the Government e.g Power

  5. Competencies used Answer –As a trainer A, I engage interactive training methodology and action learning that makes clients to understand and personalize learning experiences thus making the impact of the training last resulting in attitudinal and behavioral change.

  6. What are some of the problems the business has addressed? We address the problem of self awareness and we help our clients to build sustainable leadership skills and competencies.

  7. How is your business meeting Needs? A,We meet needs by equipping our clients with emerging leadership competencies for the 21st century. B, We also help them in sustaining their performance through resilience building trainings.
