  3. Présentation du projet Programme qui propose aux chercheurs souhaitant assister à une conférence un agenda : • L’emploi du temps des chercheurs • Leurs préférences • Le programme de la conférence

  4. Brainstorming • donner les disponibilités du chercheur • heures de cours • rendez-vous • pour chaque événement: • donner un libellé • lieu/salle • téléphone/personne à contacter

  5. Brainstorming • voir la liste des conférences • date de début/fin • intervenants • sujet/ thème • pour les conférences déjà passé : • voir le résumé

  6. Brainstorming • donner ses préférences • sujet/thème souhaité • alerter le chercheur quand un RDV est proche • envoyer un mail 20 minutes avant le RDV • Donner la météo
