CSB Today • Over 600,000 Cases in ISETS • 380,000+ of those are IV-D Cases • Average Disbursement/Month - $292 • Average No. Payments/Month - 3.17
CSB Future Goals • Expand Debit Card to entire State with the new Electronic Payment Card (EPC) vendor • Cardholder advantages include faster payment, payment notifications, ease of use, less fees, better customer service options • Mandate Direct Deposit or EPC
