Virtual Employee (VE) means your employee not physically located with in your own office in home country but located in offshore locations and works for you remotely under your complete control and management as if he/she is your own employee, with no employee liabilities. FEATURES VE is employee of service provider legally but in practice it is client’s employee. VE works with the client and the client gives instructions on daily basis, allocates daily tasks, responsibilities and duties, time line exactly the way as if the client does with own employee in its own office. Client is responsible for the work output and delivery from VE. Client retains ownership over the IPs and work product, produced by VE.

Requirement Analysis In dept discussion with our client to ensure our complete understanding of the position & responsibilities required of the successful candidates. 2. Identify Prospective VE Using our network of contacts, our database and advertising we start to build a list of prospective candidates. 5. Reference Checking In practice to directly, contact supervisor, peers & subordinates of past and if possible, current employer Formal Employment 3. Initial Screening and Interview Screening of potential candidates prior presentation to client. This step includes in-dept evaluation interviews, attitude 7 aptitude tests, language level assessment and problem solving ability test 4. Presentation to client Presentation of final candidates is made to our client in writing via a detailed confidential report containing our summary appraisal of each short listed candidate. This is followed by introduction of candidates to the client.
