Activity • The 5 Step Approach to Managing Anger • With a group with 1 or 2 people sitting near you, review the 5 steps on the hand out and discuss the activity. • Describe what anger is. • Develop some strategies for dealing with anger • Develop a 5 step approach for managing anger.
