  2. Imagery • You need to add imagery to 2 different locations in your piece. Identify 2 areas that need stronger imagery, and make the changes. • UNDERLINE the images you add. (10 points each)

  3. Literary Devices • Choose 2 of the following literary devices to add: • Simile • Metaphor • Personification • Hyperbole • Bold and enlarge the font slightly these devices in your paper so I can see where you added them. (5 points each)

  4. Verbiage • It is important to use strong verbiage in your feature article. • Don’t settle for dull, bland verbs. • Select a paragraph that has weak verbiage.
