They assist in the creation and maintenance of revenue streams to ensure the continued growth and viability of their local, regional and nationwide affiliate partners and corporate clients. Larry Nicks serves as President and Senior Consultant while Carla Nicks serves in the capacity of Executive Vice President, and Richard Lind as the Director of Sales and Marketing of NCG. Our Work:Nspirational Communications Group is a full-service sales and marketing company that specialize in broadcast program production and syndications, as well as sports and corporate sales and marketing and special events management. NCG primarily focuses on strategic planning, selling, executing and servicing local, statewide and national partnerships. Our Mission:Nspirational Communications Group mission is twofold. 1. To produce and syndicate family friendly, educational, entertaining as well as informational programming for public viewing and interaction through a network of television, radio, internet and electronic affiliates, namely “ The Issues with Bishop Ronnie Crudup”.2. To create and maintain revenue streams for our corporate partners through an innovative and unprecedented marketing approach that affords each of them dynamic visibility, growth as well as ultimately success.Our Partners:Nspirational Communications Group initial hallmark project was being contracted to be the exclusive sales and marketing company for the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium Commission (currently the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration; the office of Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium) in the "Capital City" of Jackson Mississippi, which is the largest stadium / sports arena within the state with a seating capacity of more than 60,000. As well, NCG currently serve in the capacity of the exclusive sales, marketing and program syndication arm for JSU TV-23, as well as for WJSU Radio Station. Most recently, NCG was retained by the Mississippi Department of Human Services; Division of Community Services as a marketing consultant.   5. MVMS Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium is a state owned facility that was originally built in 1941. After expanding in 1980, it now accommodates 60,492 people with bleacher seating. The facility’s horseshoe configuration is ideally suited for sporting events, concerts and other performance events.

History “Bringing You the Best in Information, Entertainment, and Sports” TV-23, unlike other television stations is locally owned and offers local programming including Jackson State University football and basketball highlight shows, blues and jazz concerts, arts and humanities series, JSU Health Minutes and on-location Community Focus updates, News and Weather updates. In addition, TV-23 is expanding religious programming to include local churches such as Greater Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Crossgates Baptist Church, New Horizon Church International, New Birth Fellowship, and New Horizon Presents with Bishop Ronnie Crudup. TV-23is licensed to Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi and is under University Communications. Dr. Ronald Mason, president of JSU is the Chief Executive Officer of the station. Anthony Dean, Director of University Communications is Station Manager. TV-23, a commercial broadcast entity operates through advertising, production clients, state appropriations and federal grants. TV-23 is an affiliate of America One and CoLours and operates 24 hours, seven days a week. The station broadcast on Comcast Cable channel 14 in the Jackson Metropolitan area (Hinds, Madison, Rankin counties). Because TV-23 is a low power station it also broadcast off cable on UHF channel 23 which has a twelve mile radius. The station reaches in totality 145,000 households. TV-23’s mission is to enhance Jackson State University’s image and create revenue streams by providing high-quality programming while preparing the next generation of broadcasters. TV-23 provides an excellent tool for students through class projects, internships and practicum experiences. Students are trained in broadcast journalism including news, sports, weather, public affairs programming and all facets of TV production. In 2005, TV-23 relocated from JSU’s main campus to the University’s e-Center, a unique facility which provides space for both private and public entities geared toward technology. Through state appropriations the station has successfully achieved digital conversion. The 7,000 square foot facility houses two large studios and TV production areas that are equipped with digital equipment and the latest post-production software with digital field cameras to insure quality programming. “Bringing You the Best in Information Entertainment and Sports”
