  4. Quickly changing community • Racial & cultural diversity • Changing perception about “church” • Average age of our membership • Age & condition of our facilities

  5. Getting ready for… Whatever is NEXT

  6. A bit Radical • God prompted • Impossible without the LORD • Only HE could get the Glory

  7. Please… Listen very carefully!

  8. The bottom line… • In one year, 2013, we eliminate our entire $1.7 million debt.

  9. The bottom line… • Financial freedom for “Whatever is Next!” • Finish what we started • Better position to bless “our world” • Hand off well to the next generation

  10. Our Indebtedness: • 30+ years • Estimated $4.6 million already paid • Balance of $1.7 to go

  11. Our Indebtedness: • 15.5 years to go at $150,000/year • $2.4 million to pay off • $7 million over 47 years • $400 a day for 47 years

  13. Immediate Ramification Example • Current debt retirement line- $146,000/year • Double our entire church program budget • A yearly budget of $45,000 • Immediately give 10% to the Cooperative Program • Plus, $5,000/month to do ministry & missions
