  6. Attendance • Important for all students • Refer to Student Planner to view the complete policy • Please note: • Tardies may be counted as absences

  7. Schedule Changes • Schedule changes are not permitted • Errors in schedules will be corrected in certain circumstances. Examples include: • A student does not meet a class prerequisite • A student is placed in a class they have already taken • Students may choose to drop a class within the first five days of school, however they can only drop the course for a study hall – a new class can NOT be chosen

Wisconsin CovenantJamin Whitman, UW-L Wisconsin Covenant Coordinator $$$ ALL confirmed WC Scholars qualify for aid $$$ • What to expect when your student fulfills ALL pledge requirements • Recognition as a Wisconsin Covenant Scholar • A place in a UW System institution, a WI Technical College, or a WI private college/university • A financial aid package based on family’s federally defined financial need

  12. Once your student submits the pledge, they are considered a WI Covenant Student! • Students must record volunteer hours. • If you misplace the form you can get a new one online at • www.wisconsincovenant.wi.gov

Wisconsin CovenantJamin Whitman, UW-L Wisconsin Covenant Coordinator Last chance - Sign the pledge before Sept. 30! • Senior year • You must complete the confirmation forms and FAFSA by a specific deadline - TBD. • You must complete all forms and meet all deadlines to be confirmed as a Wisconsin Covenant Scholar. • Get updates on the Wisconsin Covenant website or the UW-La Crosse Wisconsin Covenant Facebook page. www.wisconsincovenant.wi.gov

Graduation Requirements • Complete listing: • p. 5 of the Course Description Booklet • Students should be sure they are currently taking: • English (1 credit) • Social Studies (1 credit) • Math (1 credit) • Science (1 credit) • PE (0.75 credit) • Health (0.25 credit) • Electives (2-3 credits)
