Causes • Causes are still unknown • More likely to have it if it runs in your family
Classification • Classified as a form of Dementia, Amnesia, and other Cognitive Disorders.
Symptoms • Memory Loss/Confusion • Difficulty remembering newly learned information • Disorientation • Mood Changes • Behavioral Changes • Difficulty speaking, swallowing, or walking
Treatments • NO cure yet • Doctors can only help manage the condition • Medication is given to balance chemicals in brain • Experimental Treatments
