Method • Two forms of survey: - Questionnaire - Interview
Questionnaire • 1. Look for references about questionnaire • 2. Start making sample - as following: 1) What kinds of smart phones will be your choice? 2) Why do you choose that? Please state reasons.
3) Talk about why you don't want to choose that products? 4) Feedback → Participants:1~50 • 3. Organize the papers
Interview • Participants: 1~5 • Purpose: taking notes of their ideas about smart phones related to preferences
