In 2015, a border-spanning connection began between Serbia and Hungary, with representatives from both countries working together to improve social inclusion. This includes initiatives in cities like Pécs, Novi Sad, and Baks, aiming to support Roma communities and provide better access to education, healthcare, and housing.

According to the number of habitants, Novi Sad is the second city in Serbia, after Belgrade. According to the data of the census,2011, 341.265 inhabitants lived in the city’s area. Voivodina is Autonomus Province,the largest city in the northern province, Republic of Serbia. Also the administrative center of the province. Our city can be found besides the Danube, on Pannon Plain.
In the territory of AP Vojvodina, Republic of Serbia, the representative of Roma national community is one of the representative of the national minority. In Vojvodina, the Roma national community are not the majority, but there are some neighborhoods and suburbs, where the Roma are the majority.
