In 2003, BCT partnered with Preactor International and Quinn & Associates to provide integration to a World Class Finite Capacity Graphical Scheduling system to our clients.

  3. BCT Preactor Interface v11 The BCT Preactor Interface provides a complete interface between Macola ES / Progression (SQL) and the Preactor V11 Graphical Finite Capacity Scheduling system. The BCT Preactor Interface is bi-directional movement of data. Initially, we draw upon the current orders in the Production Order or Production Order modules, then the production planner is allowed to fine tune the schedule to match your needs, and lastly the information is updated in Macola.

  8. Preactor Smart Material Pegging

  9. Smart Material Pegging Manufacturing order operation’s earliest start date is established from the material availability. Materials that can be pegged from current inventory stock levels are assigned an earliest start date of today. Materials that can be pegged from purchase orders are assigned an earliest start date from the request / promised date. Remaining materials are assigned an earliest start date from today’s date plus the PO Lead time.
