  2. ALLOGÉN ÁTÜLTETÉS 1.családi identikus (testvér) donor • AML – high risk: 1. komplett remisszió (CR) standard risk: recidiva esetén • ALL – high risk: 1. CR recidiva esetén (korai, 2.3.) • CML • NHL – recidiva esetén (agresszív lymphomák) • MDS(myelodysplasia)

  3. ALLOGÉN ÁTÜLTETÉS 2.családi identikus (testvér) donor • Súlyos csontvelő elégtelenség (aplasztikus anemia) • Hemoglobinopathiák súlyos formái • Cong. immundefektusok (SCID és variánsok, Wiskott-Aldrich, Chediak-Higashi stb.) • Csontanyagcsere zavarok (inf. osteopetrosis, osteoclast defektus) • Tárolási betegségek (Hurler)

  4. ALLOGÉN ÁTÜLTETÉS 3.alternatív donor (idegen, haploidentikus, köldökzsinór) • AML – recidiva esetén • ALL – korai recidiva esetén • CML • NHL – recidiva esetén (agresszív lymphomák) • MDS(myelodysplasia)

  5. ALLOGÉN ÁTÜLTETÉS 4.alternatív donor (idegen, haploidentikus, köldökzsinór) • Súlyos csontvelő elégtelenség • Cong. immundefektusok • Csontanyagcsere zavarok (inf. osteopetrosis, osteoclast defektus) • Tárolási betegségek (egyedi elbírálás)

  6. AUTOLOG ÁTÜLTETÉS 1. • AML – nagy rizikó és recidiva esetén • ALL – 2. CR • NHL - nagy rizikójú, agresszív lymphoma: 1. CR recidiva esetén • Hodgkin – 1. jó partiális remisszió recidiva esetén (2.,3.)

  7. AUTOLOG ÁTÜLTETÉS 2. • Neuroblastoma (III.-IV. st.) • Ewing sarcoma (kiterjedt ill. disszeminált) • Egyéb solid tumor: ? • Autoimmun betegségek: ?

  8. ÜZENET • Nem minden betegség gyógyítható meg őssejt átültetéssel! • Nagyon pontos és alapos megfontolás után egy bizottság dönt a traszplantációkról. • Magyarországon az átültetés feltételei maximálisan biztosítottak! • Minden rászoruló beteg részesülhet a legmagasabb színvonalú kezelésben!
