Relevant Building Surveyor RBS Receives application for permit Sec 18A • Must notify Vic urban in writing of (if within area) • The application • The cost Sec 201 • Any refusal 201 (cost) • Any BAB decision (cost) • Provide copy of planning permit DC or IRC payable DC or IRC not payable Paid or agreement Levy Not Paid - Must issue refusal Issue compliance certificate

Council Requirements Sec 32 Council Receives Building permit Sec 32A Property in project area Property not in project area No action required • Must notify Vic Urban within 14 days in writing • Name of applicant • Address of property • Nature of works • Cost of works (201) • Permit info previous three years • AND • (b) Provide copy of any relevant planning permit for Building and works or subdivision
