  2. Founder’s Story & his journey 1938, the year when a journey started from the streets of famous Grand Bazaar of Istanbul, where he first Started selling Killims(traditional Turkish flat weaves) . In 1950, he rented a warehouse and later In 1970 he rented a shop in Beyazit city of Turkey and in 1978 and he started wholesale business. This candid shot was clicked by a European student which was later declared winner in European photography competition in year 1968. Original photo was in black and white but later it was converted in colors. In year 1982, Mr. Ali left the world and his son Mr. Hasan Ali Kara continued the legacy. Now this is the third generation time, when Mr . Mehmet Ali Kara (grand son of Mr. Ali)is handling the business and taking company to the new heights.
