You have no option left but to adhere to commercial eviction. 1.Request Your Tenant for a Voluntary Surrender The first thing you must give an attempt to repossess your commercial property is pretty straightforward- request your non-paying tenant to vacate the property. While in most cases, the tenant will refuse, if they agree to move out, a voluntary surrender of the commercial property can save both the parties time and money. 2.Keep a Check to See If Tenant Has Left the Property In a few cases of rent non-payment, the reason is that the renter no longer lives there, and they find themselves not liable to send you a payment.
