  1. CHOCOLATE COOKIES By Irantzu Martinez-Gil

  2. YOU NEED: • 250g flour • 150 g sugar • Two eggs • Two teaspoons of baking powder • Three tablespoons of butter or oil • Fair Trade chocolate

  3. FIRST STEP: • You put 150g of sugar, 250g of flour, the two eggs and the two teaspoons of baking powder in a bowl.

  4. SECOND STEP: • When you have all these ingredients, you have to use your hands to mix and get a good dough. • When you get a dough put it in the fridge.

  5. THIRD STEP: • While the dough is in the fridge, you can cut up the chocolate in small pieces like this:

  6. FOURTH STEP: • Well! Now take out the dough and begin making the cookies. • You can throw the chocolate in the bowl or put the chocolate in the cookies

  7. LAST STEP: • When you finish making this,heat the oven to 200ºC, put the cookies on a baking tray and put it in the oven.

  8. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
