    3. Purpose of TTT To improve the experience of patients through: - well trained endoscopists trained by - competent trainers that provide - effective teaching, delivered efficiently

    4. Objectives of the course To enable as many trainers as possible: To improve teaching skills in formal situations in endoscopy room in informal situations To improve understanding of the principles of adult learning and teaching To critically reflect on their teaching practice

    5. How is it done? Day one Adult education applied to colonoscopic training Group work and models Day two Live cases Feedback, assessment and discussion

    6. Logistics JAG approved course 6-8 delegates per course 2-3 trainers Classroom based day one 2 lower GI models with stacks Endoscopy room for day two Colonoscopy case per candidate

    7.
