  3. Alarm Processing Approach – Expected Delivery Schedule Implementation Plan Alarm implementation is dependant on systems availability. The following table describes the implementation sequence for categories by EDS release. • EDS 1 by 12/15 • EDS 2 by 1/15 • EDS 3 by 2/15 Market Participation ERCOT is asking for 4 MP (2 QSE, 2 TSP) volunteers to help test alarm limits and to verify the ERCOT processes that respond to alarms. Email eds1@ercot.com if interested. One MP volunteer is confirmed. TPTF

SCED Inputs (Telemetry and ICCP to SCADA) • AEN, AEP, BEC, BTU, CPS, LCRA, Tenaska 100% verified • Ongoing efforts: • Reliant 95% • APX 75% (covers all QSEs using APX for Telemetry) • BP 90% • Calpine 92% • Constellation 90% • Coral 100% • Exelon 85% • FPL 90% • Garland 90% • NRG 90% • STEC 90% • SUEZ 88% • Luminant 90% The status above indicates ERCOT configuration and does not reflect efforts required by QSEs. QSEs are contacted directly if ERCOT detects deltas between Zonal and Nodal or missing nodal data TPTF

  8. SCED Reports Reports are available on MIS & requires NODALTEST certificate. Developing a solution to post to nodal.ercot.com for general public (early to mid-December) TPTF
