Ecuador • Actualmente en Ecuador hay un registro electoral de 11'420.000 electores, distribuidos en 39 742 Juntas Receptoras del Voto (JRV); en el exterior hay 235 mil electores. • Para los comicios de 2013, el CNE resolvió que habrá 300 electores por JRV; en el exterior la junta tendrá 500 electores y el cónsul de la sede diplomática receptará el sufragio en sobre cerrado.
