  5. Be an 11 Students will have the opportunity to nominate faculty and staff for modeling Be an 11 behavior. Please continue to help us with monitoring appropriate dress. If you do not feel comfortable addressing the issue directly, then just report the name to a counselor. Friendly Reminder: Spirit Days and No H8 Mondays Dress Down Days Dress Down on Fridays or with PTSA button 1x/month.

  6. Field Trips Next Year – Behavior Plan to give students the opportunity to work towards earning trust and respect back. A student MAY be allowed field trip permission upon determination of team teachers and Jen/John

  7. Request to Leave Early/Arrive Late We understand that emergencies happen. Requests to leave early or arrive late should require less than one period of coverage. Thursday afternoons and one Tuesday/month are reserved for meetings. Please avoid Tuesdays and Thursdays when scheduling appointments.

  8. End of the Year Breakfast Breakfast is all set. Presentations for Retirees: see Jen if you want to be included in the ceremony We need help double-checking the list to make sure we don’t forget anyone: retirees, babies, weddings, any other recognition…..

  9. Next Meetings Grade Level Meetings were cancelled this month due to the new contract requirements (2 Thursday meetings/month) No meetings May 17 Department Meetings: May 24 to complete quarter 3 Data Reviews Faculty Meeting: June 5 Department meetings: June 21 to complete quarter 4 Data Review and write smart goals for 2012-13 Calendar for 2012-13: Department meetings will be spread out so that John and Jen can meet with all departments.
