Professional Master’s and Master of Engineering • A course-only program, known as a non-thesis master’s • Fully accredited master’s degree, tailored to the working professional • Classes are available days, evenings, weekends and online • GRE requirement may be waived based on undergraduate GPA

  13. Master of Science (M.S.) at IIT • Usually requires a final thesis at the completion of course work • This degree can be a final academic degree or a stepping stone to Ph.D. study • GRE scores are required

  14. Certificate or Non-Degree Options at IIT • Certificate • Can usually be completed in 3-5 courses • Credits can apply toward your master’s degree requirements • Non-degree • Up to 3 courses (9 credit hours) can apply toward a degree

Application Deadlines - Architecture The next deadlines are: • Rolling admissions (Fall 2011 Master of Landscape Architecture and Master of Integrated Building Delivery candidates) • January 15, 2011 (Fall 2011 Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Architecture candidates) • April 15, 2011 (Fall 2011 Ph.D. candidates)

  23. Application Deadlines - Psychology • Most of the College of Psychology programs accept applications for Fall entrance only. Application deadlines are as follows: • Clinical Psychology January 15th • Industrial & Organizational February 15th • Personnel & Human Resources February 15th Development • Rehabilitation Counseling March 15th

Tuition and Fees for Full-Time Students • 2010-2011 estimated cost of attendance for full-time students in Armour College, College of Science and Letters, and School of Applied Technology ($975 per credit hour) * Figures are estimates and are based on full-time enrollment of 9 credit hours per semester for two semesters.
