  1. 酒名: 2003 Ceretto Barbaresco Bricco Asili BRICCO ASILI伯那多園巴巴瑞斯克紅酒 酒廠: Aziende Agricole Ceretto 產區: Piedmont (Barbaresco) 義大利 品種: Nebbiolo 100 % 料號: 10010903 創立於1930s年代,現由Ceretto家族第三代接手經營的Aziende Vinicole Ceretto酒廠,位於義大利西北邊的知名葡萄酒產區Piedmont。旗下擁有七座獨立的葡萄酒莊園以及一間蒸餾酒廠,總共擁有超過120公頃的葡萄園面積。 Viticulture and Vinification: 1970年,Ceretto在Barbaresco的Bricco Asili地區買下了第一座葡萄園,3年後接著成立了第一座酒廠;使用溫控的鋼槽來釀酒,開創該產區的釀酒先例,並成為生產Barbaresco的佼佼者。總共15公頃的葡萄園面積,僅種植且生產Barbaresco紅酒。Bricco Asili葡萄園面積1.2公頃,座落海拔289~320公尺,面南與西南方的山丘上;土壤含黏土、泥土及砂礫 。 發酵是在溫控的不銹鋼槽中進行約7-8天,發酵溫度保持在28-29°C,葡萄皮與汁液還會經過短暫的浸潤過程;最後經過乳酸發酵過程後的酒會轉換至法國橡木桶中熟成2年的時間。 Tasting notes: 深邃的石榴紅色;成熟的紅色漿果味,有草莓、李子及隱約烤橡木的香氣,還有大地的氣息。中等厚實的酒體,細緻的單寧,餘味有水果芳香。最佳適飲期是2008年以後,有10-15年的陳年潛力,只有550箱。 Award : Wine Spectator 評價 88分 Robert Parker 89分 www.evergreet.com.tw
