Parasitology-2014 A Conference on Recent Trends in Molecular Parasitology Jawaharlal Nehru University March 27-29, 2014 The Centre for Excellence in Molecular Parasitology, Jawaharlal Nehru University is actively engaged in cellular and molecular analysis of some of the important human parasites in the Indian context. These include Entamoeba, Leishmania and Plasmodium. The centre is organizing a conference on Molecular Parasitology in order to review our current understanding of biology, pathogenesis and therapeutics of some common protist parasites. The conference is also meant to expose students to the world of parasites and the importance of studying them as interesting biological systems as well as important pathogens. The program includes lectures by eminent experts, poster session and a debate especially for undergraduate and post graduate students (pursuing B.Sc., M.Sc., M.B.B.S, and M.D.). Venue for the conference: Convention Centre, Jawaharlal Nehru University. For participating in conference and other events contact through email: madhucvs08@gmail.com . Details are on the website www.jnu.ac.in. There is no registration fee, but all participants have to register by sending brief resume on the given email ID.
