Website Kickoff Meeting  - Will go over tools for implementation - Attendees:                 - Dean/Chair                 - Rob Hoerter                 - Darla Keel                 - Marketing Manager                 - Assigned IT Specialist                 - Point Person / Content Specialist

  3. Web site conversion 2. Create an HD to copy the directory in OUCampus and move binaries on the web server. 3. Determine which pages will use which templates with Marketing. 4. Find/Replace OUCampus functionality to update the template on pages (HD)

  4. Web site conversion 5. Publish all pages and review 6. Make changes as needed 7. Ask Marketing to review the new site 8. Move to production via site rename (HD).
