Setting Up a Dance Floor • Clean the function room floor. • Using a cart, move the dance floor sections into the function room. • Place sections on the floor according to product instructions. • Push sections flush against each other and tighten the screws. • Lock into place set edging around the floor according to product instructions.

  4. Staging may be used for: • Head tables • Bandstands • Speaker’s podium

  5. What are air walls used for? • To divide a large function room into two or more smaller function rooms

  6. Taking Down Coat Check Areas • Check for items left behind by guests. • Return clothing racks, hangers, and signs to storage. • Remove air walls and tables. • Fold, stack, and remove chairs. • Remove dirty linens. • Throw away litter. • Vacuum the area.
