Millet Patty Ingredients • Water • Millet • Chopped onions • Grated carrots • Corn starch • Corn starch • Garlic salt • Guar gum • Parsley
Procedure • Cook millet in covered pot with water for 25 minutes. • Mix onions and carrots with cooked millet, garlic salt, and parsley. • Sift guar gum and corn flour into mixture. • Mix corn starch with water and add to the millet mixture. • Form patties and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
