Board of County Commissioners Project : Lake Eve II PD/LUPSubstantial Change Applicant:Jim Hall of Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. District #: 1 Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Lake Eve II Planned Development/ Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) to (1) add 21.07 acres from the Wilderness Creek PD LUP to the Lake Eve II PD LUP, and (2) to increase the maximum building height from 65 feet to 300 feet. Also, the development program has been modified, and will now include 40,000 square feet of retail uses, 40,000 square feet of sit-down restaurant, and 1,440 timeshare villas.

This project is approved for 12,500 square feet of restaurant uses, 480 timeshare units, and 225 hotel rooms. No additional entitlements are being sought with this request.
