College Green Public Transport Priority measure • College Green is a difficult area for the Public Transport operators at peak Times. • It is a bottleneck for all vehicles, which in turn causes most problems for the public Transport operator as any delays here have city wide impacts. • The slow moving vehicles and delays to traffic in the area means that it is also a difficult area for Pedestrians, both while walking on the narrow footpaths and also while crossing the road. • Why is it a bottleneck. ?
