  12. Station Community Alternatives • Three concepts developed for each of the seven station communities: • Afternoon session concept • Evening session concept • Consultant concept • Resulting alternatives carrying forward for evaluation

Station Community Alternatives • Key Themes • In many cases, current land use patterns are retained but with increased intensities • Increased activity depends on getting the right connections • Attention was drawn repeatedly to the barriers that make connections difficult • Every station area had new pedestrian/multi-use connections
