Prepare • Gather all information • Outline demonstration • Practice Makes Perfect!
Benefits • Highlight benefits to customer • Use aids, reports, charts, testimonials • Point out the benefits that match the customers needs first.

Communication Positive • Don’t argue • Do not tell the customer they are wrong • Ask questions to receive positive responses. • Make sure sales points were understood
