Intercom calling • Intercom calling lets you dial another Centrex extension without going through an operator or attendant. Click anywhere on the slide to continue
Call hold • Call hold lets you put a call on hold so you can either pick up another call or complete a task. Click anywhere on the slide to continue
Consultation hold • Consultation hold lets you call a third party while the call is on hold. Click anywhere on the slide to continue
Call Forwarding-Variable • Call forwarding-variable routes your incoming calls to a different telephone number inside or outside the Centrex system. Click anywhere on the slide to continue
