Follow-Ups R2E Mandate: not required for Chamonix presentation, propose however that we reorganize the website according to committee and project (according to current understanding) Safe-Rooms:phased approach agreed upon -> see last slide “Benchmarking”: -> see report from Marco Layout drawings: 90% ready, whom to contact to include them into the official repository Memorandum for P5: update from RP + safe room discussion to be included -> rather a report than a memorandum? Safe-Room Update • phased relocation approach which foresees: • a first relocation of the most sensitive control equipment (racks: EYU, EYC and EYP) • 230/48V supply from the surface (safety light + remaining 48V equipments) • AUG verification and options (surface or other location) • relocation of remaining (so-far judged low-risk) equipment, especially in case new (sensitive) components have to replace the existing equipment Reduce Risk Improve If Required Radiation Tests in H4 R2E Project Report
