  2. The Hunt Each year hundreds of thousands of seals are killed in a horrific manner for their pelts, fat, and oils. They are young when killed usually just babies but it doesn’t matter to the hunters

  3. It needs to be stopped • Each year the Canadians kill more and there are no laws preventing them from doing this. Actually a major export in Canada is seal skins and fur.

  4. Help them • There are more seals dying each year. They need our voice to help them. With enough people we can change how they’re treated and stop this cruelty in Canada • They next slide has some disturbing images.

  5. The reason • The Canadian government claims that these killings are a way for isolated fishing villages to be able to provide for themselves. But the real problem is the brutality. • Each year more and more seals are killed. they are millions of seals alive today but at this rate their numbers will start to dwindle
