  2. Overview • PXRView 5 is designed to provide a single point of control for 1-16 Hitachi PX or PXR Series IJ Printer(s). The program provides total control of the setup and operation from any Microsoft Windows based PC running Windows VISTA, XP or 2000.

Features • Complete control of all printer functions • Easy to understand • Unlimited message storage • Connect to multiple printers (Com Ports) • Create message “Groups” • Link multiple printers to message Groups • Each message can have variable lines of print • Supports advanced SOP options (time, status, etc) • Small Status window shows status of all printers • Template option links messages to Excel • Ability to prompt for input before download • “Scan and Print” with handheld barcode scanner
