  2. What is Date Rape? • Date rape is when someone rapes another person by making them do drugs or get drunk.

  3. How to prevent Date rape? • Avoid becoming intoxicated in public and at parties- this is what most sexual offenders use as a tool to have an easy access to you. They start offering you drink by drink until they finally get you drunk and abuse of you when you’re not in your 5 senses. • Never stay alone with a person you barely know- this is not good in any way because you don’t know with what intentions this person wanted to meet in you a whatever place, and especially if there’s no one else. Make sure to always take someone with you or go to a public place where there is people around. • If you feel threatened do something about it- Don’t be afraid to react , yell, kick, or pound. Do everything possible to attract the attention of people around you.

  4. Laws against Date Rape • There is no specific law that’s against Drug Rape, but there is a new law against a drug that facilitates Date Rape called GHB.

  5. What age group is common for date rape? • Statistics show that the ages most commonly known to be victims of Date Rape are 16-19. This is because these groups are mostly in parties or at clubs making them an easy target for date rape.
