Strategic Growth Council (SGC) Initiatives to Support Housing

The Strategic Growth Council's (SGC) Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program aims to fund projects that reduce emissions and vehicle miles traveled while aligning affordable housing and transportation efforts. Collaboration with local governments and incentives such as workforce development, anti-displacement measures, and green buildings are key components. Co-benefits include job creation, water supply enhancement, and climate adaptation.
