  3. Lattitude Volunteering Organisation • Island of Ambae [Um-bye] • Bislama is the ‘pigeon” English dialect of Vanuatu • Teaching years 4 & 5- mainly English but also other general subjects; sciences, geography etc. • Hoping to bring in arts and music, as well

  4. No/little electricity, technology or the luxuries we are so used to living amongst. • So ,I’ll make sure I write heaps of letters to you all!

  5. Please keep me in your prayers Please pray particularly for:*My health/safety; living conditions are simple and can be dangerous (malaria, monsoons etc.) cultural differences.*Teaching; that I may, with confidence, teach the year 4s & 5s everything they need to know*My family; my Mum is, as all mothers should be, a little terrified, I think. *My growth as a young Christian woman through this experience.
